Meditation

I have taught meditation for more than 30 years in over 25 countries. I met my teacher, Sri Chinmoy, in 1980 and studied with him till his passing in 2007. Over 25,000 people have learned conscious relaxation, concentration and meditation using time-tested techniques.


MUSIC and Chant

Pilgrimage of the Heart Kirtan band has recorded and produced two CD's. The band performs weekly in San Diego and at numerous venues in the Southern California region. The band offers a blend of traditional and original compositions. The music conveys a simple heartfelt melody to achieve peace and harmony. Listen to our music here.


Yoga

Our teachers offer a calm, nurturing environment ensuring all levels of practitioners experience a safe, kind and loving yogic environment.
